  Horrible customer service! Rude staff! Over priced! Don't try and return anything, they won't let you. I tried to return something the same day and I had the receipt and tag and they didn't let me. Will never shop here again. Beware!!!
  
  RESPONSE TO BELOW: I DID HAVE THE TAG AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. I LITERALLY BOUGHT IT AN HOUR BEFORE I TRIED TO RETUN IT. I HAD THE TAG AND PACKAGING AND IT JUST HAD TO BE STAPLED TO THE TOP AND THEY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK. IT WAS A BIRTHDAY SASH FOR MY DAUGHTER THAT IS 5 YEARS OLD. IT WAS AN ADULT SIZE AND WAS HANGING OFF OF HER. YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE JUST LET ME EXCHANGE IT FOR A SMALLER SIZE??? PLUS THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. WILL NOT BE RETURNING! STORE EMPLOYESS NEED TO BE TRAINED ON PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
