  Amidst the noisy location being right next to where the loudest mechanics of the Northeast and the argumentative office workers to the left of the counter, this Hertz (HLE) was able to accommodate to my reservation during lunch hours without any hassle or issue.
  
  The vehicle they rented out to me was in great condition, well maintained and satisfied the needs of the weekend I rented it for.
  
  I have had absolutely no problems from reservation to pick-up all the way to return and billing.
