    I have been training for Mike for 2 months now. I feel stronger and feel motivated to go for my workouts. Mike is great and keeps a professionalism in his trainings. He mixes and matches the workout and keeps you challenged. He motivates you to eat healthy. The place is clean and is great is you are not looking at a conventional straitjacketed treadmill workout but a well rounded strength and cardio workout.
