  Love the fact its open 24 hours but they need to get more competent people there went for a headlight bulb a d3s stock hid bulb high and low the line was long for 11 at night like 3 people in front of me and 2 behind and there were multiple people working there but only one helping people as I'm in line I see other employees just looking not doing anything and they got that is helping us was very slow and after the one person was done the guy picks up the phone and proceeds to take 10 mins helping someone on the phone while the other employees do nothing after 25 mins waiting one employee started helping the other guy and the other employees were answering the phones it shouldn't have taken that long for the employees to realize they needed to jump in and help the only guy working obviously they work with the one guy and should know how slow he was and if they didnt all they had to do was watch one interaction and see someone else should have been helping people it wasn't the first time either so good store but be cautious with the employees and plan to spend more time then you would think there

  Sorry to the guys that were nice and curtious but the older woman there I think her name was jacky was so dry and unpleasant. After asking for a part I told her I’m with a commercial account and I’ve come here before and the guys look up our PIN number. She asks for the pin and I said I don’t have it on me can you look it up, says “Can’t do it” and walks away. What kind of customer service is this. Phil and the other Spanish older guy are good guys but she has to go get her out of there please.
