  My mother and I booked the hall for a party in the beginning of September for my sister's sweet sixteen party. We stopped by the place to look at the room and find out information about the event and were told many things that made the hall very unusable. For one, we were not allowed to use the oven in the kitchen, we could not hang any decorations on the walls, and we were not able to have alcohol service in the party room. We were told that we would have to have each guest go down stairs to the bar if they wanted to order a drink.
  
  Aside from this, we have been trying every which way to contact Rich, the guy who is supposed to be in charge of the place. We were not able to get any word until we took it upon ourselves to go to the place, where we spoke with a bartender who assured us that Rich would be calling us after he was away for a weekend upstate. Over a month went by and we still had no word from Rich, after calling multiple times and trying to contact him to find out information about the party. Finally, two weeks before the party and after invitations have been sent out, my mom got a voicemail from Rich, saying "I will not be returning any of your calls."
  
  All in all, this place is very unorganized and extremely unprofessional in booking parties and events and following up with customers. Rich is truly rude and inconsiderate and really screwed us over. I would not recommend the hall to anyone.
